Austrian violinist Fanny Fheodoroff has performed as a soloist and chamber musician at renowned venues including the Berlin Philharmonic, Concertgebouw, Kraków Philharmonic, Laeiszhalle Hamburg, Beethoven Haus Bonn, Wigmore Hall, Barbican Hall, as well as at Krzyzowa Music and Beethoven festivals.
From 2022-2026, she was the violinist of the piano trio Sōra. Their double album dedicated to the piano trios of Johannes Brahms was released in 2024 under the label La Dolce Volta. The album received a CHOC Classica, a Trophée Radio Classique and a nomination for the Preis der deutschen Schallplattenkritik, among others, and was unanimously praised by international press reviews (Diapason, NDR Kultur, Ö1, Classica, Gramophone, BBC Music Magazine, France TV, Médiapart, France Musique). Performances of the last two seasons have taken the trio throughout Europe to Belgium, Germany, England, Holland, Austria, Turkey, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Italy, Czech Republic and Switzerland.
Fanny Fheodoroff is a winner of the 2026 Royal Overseas League Strings Competition, the Elise-Meyer Competition, as well as a laureate of the the 27th instrument competition of Deutsche Stiftung Musikleben and International Violin Competition “Andrea Postacchini”.
She was a long-standing scholarship recipient of the prestigious Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes and was awarded the honor of playing the Foundation’s annual recital at the Beethoven-Haus Bonn in the 2019 edition of the series “Rising Stars”.
Her desire to promote more non-traditional violin repertoire and explore works of historically underrepresented composers led to the creation of “Adoration” in 2021 — an album featuring the works of eight female composers, supported by a project grant from the Juilliard School. Together with pianist Camille Lemonnier she recorded pieces by A. Beach, C. Schumann, R. Clarke, A. Röntgen-Maier, F. Price, G. Bacewicz, L. Boulanger, and Cheng Jin Koh.
Fheodoroff is a graduate of The Juilliard School where she completed her Master of Music degree in 2021 under the tutelage of Professor Li Lin. Previous teachers include Tanja Becker-Bender at the Academy of Music and Theatre Hamburg, David Takeno at the Guildhall School in London, Dora Schwarzberg at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna, as well as Danja Lukan as a longstanding private teacher.
She plays a violin by Ferdinandus Gagliano (1769), a generous loan by a private sponsor.

Die österreichische Geigerin Fanny Fheodoroff gastierte als Solistin und Kammermusikerin in renommierten Häusern wie der Philharmonie Berlin, Philharmonie Kraków, Hamburger Laeiszhalle, Beethoven-Haus Bonn, Wigmore Hall und Barbican Hall London, sowie bei Krzyzowa Music und Beethoven Festivals.
Von 2022-2026 war sie die Violinistin des Klaviertrios Sōra. Ihr Doppelalbum rund um die Klaviertrios von Johannes Brahms erschien 2024 unter dem Label La Dolce Volta. Das Album erhielt unter anderem einen CHOC Classica, eine Trophée Radio Classique sowie eine Nominierung für den Preis der deutschen Schallplattenkritik, und wurde von internationalen Pressestimmen (Diapason, NDR Kultur, Ö1, Classica, Gramophone, BBC Music Magazine, France TV, Médiapart, France Musique) einhellig gelobt. Konzerte der letzten zwei Saisonen führten das Trio nach Belgien, Deutschland, England, Holland, Österreich, Türkei, Norwegen, Schweden, Dänemark, Italien, Tschechien und die Schweiz.
Fanny Fheodoroff ist die Gewinnerin des 2026 Royal Overseas League Strings Wettbewerbs, des Elise-Meyer-Wettbewerbs, sowie Preisträgerin beim 27. Wettbewerb des Deutschen Musikinstrumentenfonds der Deutschen Stiftung Musikleben und beim Internationalen Violinwettbewerb Andrea Postacchini. Sie war langjährige Stipendiatin der Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes und gewann 2019 das Auswahlverfahren um das von der Stiftung jährlich ausgeschriebene Rezital im Beethoven-Haus Bonn in der Reihe "Rising Stars".
Der Wunsch, verstärkt Werke unterrepräsentierter KomponistInnen in das bestehende Violinrepertoire aufzunehmen, führte 2021 zur Kreation von „Adoration“ - ein Album mit den Werken von 8 Komponistinnen, unterstützt von einem Projektstipendium der Juilliard School. Gemeinsam mit der Pianistin Camille Lemonnier widmete sie sich Stücken von A. Beach, C. Schumann, R. Clarke, A. Röntgen-Maier, F. Price, G. Bacewicz, L. Boulanger und Cheng Jin Koh.
Fheodoroff ist Absolventin der Juilliard School, wo sie 2021 ihren Master of Music als Studentin von Professor Li Lin abschloss. Zuvor studierte sie an der Guildhall School of Music and Drama London bei David Takeno, an der Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg bei Tanja Becker-Bender, an der Wiener Musikuniversität bei Dora Schwarzberg sowie in langjährigem Privatunterricht bei der Gesangs- und Instrumentalpädagogin Danja Lukan.
Fheodoroff spielt eine Violine von Ferdinandus Gagliano (1769) aus großzügiger Privatleihgabe.
